YOU AND JOVE INSURANCE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.You and Jove Insurance further agree to waive any right to a jury trial. If any portion of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Exclusive venue for any non-arbitrable dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
